What remote analysis cannot replace
No remote assessment can perform a visual inspection, measurement or road test. If reliable confirmation requires the vehicle, that limit is stated before work begins.

Questions before you decide
Can a vehicle be diagnosed reliably from a scan alone?
Not always. A scan can organise faults and guide checks, but some causes require measurement, inspection or a road test.
Which scan formats are accepted?
TXT, LOG, CSV and genuine PDF files up to 8 MB.
Do I need VCDS?
A useful OBD scan may be sufficient for an initial assessment. Full VCDS scans normally provide more vehicle-specific context.
What is included for €40?
Assessment of the scan, priorities, plausible causes, next useful checks and a written summary.
When is the €80 package useful?
Choose it only if you also need a detailed PDF report and 30 minutes of personal explanation.
Does the service include a repair guarantee?
No. It provides a documented technical assessment based on the available data.
