07 / Questions

What matters before you decide.

What is the difference between the €30 readout and the €49 PDF report?

The €30 service is a fault-code readout with a brief explanation. The €49 service adds targeted checks and a written assessment with sensible next steps.

What do I need for remote analysis?

A usable OBD or VCDS scan plus vehicle details, symptoms and relevant previous checks. If the available data is not sufficient, Philipp will explain which check is needed next.

Does the report guarantee a repair result?

No. The report documents the available data, likely relationships and sensible checks. It does not promise a guaranteed cause or repair outcome.

Can every function be coded?

No. Coding depends on installed hardware, software status and legal limits. Safety, emissions and approval-relevant functions are not altered.

Which files can I upload?

TXT, LOG, CSV and genuine PDF files up to 8 MB are accepted.

Where is on-site diagnostics available?

On-site work is offered around Mönchengladbach. Existing scans can be analysed remotely across Germany.
